   This Policy applies to https://offstudzent.com (brand OFFSTUDZENT) — a personal informational and commercial website in Global E-commerce.

2. What data is collected

   The site processes data a visitor enters in forms, plus technical data a browser, host or messenger may process when a link is opened.

   Consultation form: name; Telegram or Instagram handle; phone or email; message; consent. These values are not POSTed to a site backend.

   Lead form: name; contact; message; page/locale/service notes. Submit opens Telegram with prefilled text. Data reaches the recipient only if the user confirms send in Telegram.

   There is no separate mandatory “selected package” field; the originating service page may appear in the inquiry text.

   Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Yandex Metrica are not connected. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are not set.

   Fonts Unbounded and Manrope load via next/font (Google Fonts). That is not an inquiry form.

   IP address, browser headers and access logs may be processed by hosting when the site is served.

3. Purposes

   Handling an inquiry and contacting the visitor.

   Discussing and delivering a consultation.

   Preparing an individual proposal, including Shopify store work.

   Performing a contract if one is concluded separately.

   Support related to an agreed request.

   Site security and availability.

   Marketing messages only with separate explicit consent. Consent to reply to an inquiry is not marketing consent.

4. Legal bases

   The applicable basis depends on the relevant law. Commonly considered: user consent; steps at the user’s request before a contract; contract performance; legal obligations.

5. Sharing

   Hosting processes technical requests when the site is shown. The infrastructure operator is not named here.

   Telegram: if you confirm sending via Telegram (https://t.me/offstudzent), the message is processed under Telegram’s terms.

   No dedicated email provider, CRM, form service or payment provider is wired to site forms.

   Specialists may be involved by agreement with the client.

   Public authorities where required by law.

6. Cross-border processing

   Using Telegram and Google Fonts may involve processing outside the visitor’s country.

7. Retention

   Inquiry forms are not stored on the site server. Telegram messages follow Telegram’s rules. Correspondence is kept until the discussion ends and no longer than 12 months, unless needed to perform an agreed engagement.

   Indefinite retention is not used.

8. Your rights

   You may request information, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion or restriction where applicable, and contact a competent authority.

   Analytics and ads pixels are not connected. No analytics/marketing cookie banner is used.
