More than 6 years of practicein international e-commerce

Own Shopify stores, international markets, TikTok Shop, client projects, and e-commerce directions across the US, UK, Europe and the CIS.

I have worked in international e-commerce for more than six years. In that time I have launched different store formats — from one-product stores to hybrid and niche projects. I have tested product categories, acquisition methods, supply models and markets. Some projects I later closed, one of which I sold, and some still operate today.

That path taught me not only how to launch a store, but how its real economics work: product choice, margin, logistics, advertising, payment infrastructure, customer service and day-to-day operations.

One of my Shopify stores has been live in the US for about three years. Goods are produced and sourced in China: part of the range is held in a US warehouse and shipped to customers domestically, and part is sent directly from China as dropshipping. The store still takes orders and remains an active project.

In parallel I started a new independent brand for the international market. Unlike a classic product store, it is built around its own idea, positioning, visual identity and a unique product. It is a separate long-term project that I am developing as a full brand.

Another direction is TikTok Shop. I first tested US sales through a third-party partner — a US resident. After reviewing fees, unit economics and operational limits, I chose to focus on the UK. I now continue developing sales through TikTok Shop UK, using a registered LTD company.

Alongside my own stores I grow two e-commerce agencies and take part in client projects. One direction helps CIS brands enter international markets via Shopify, TikTok Shop, payment and legal infrastructure. The other specialises in building and growing Yandex KIT stores for entrepreneurs and brands in Russia and the CIS.

I also run personal Zoom consultations from time to time. On the calls I review ideas and live projects, help assess the market, choose a platform and business model, identify the main issues and shape a plan for next steps.

In parallel I test my own AI/SaaS products for e-commerce founders on international markets. These are internal technology projects, not a separate service.

None of these directions came from a single lucky launch. Behind them are years of tests, mistakes, closed projects, daily operations and gradual growth. Over time I learned to build processes, share responsibility and delegate to specialists.

Today each direction has its own team: developers, designers, marketers and specialists for specific operational tasks. That lets me avoid keeping every process on myself, run several businesses at once and focus on strategy, product and key decisions.
